• Oversee the physical layout of the church and reception

AT THE CHURCH

• Distribute the bouquets to female sponsors , Mothers of the couple and female members of the entourage.

• Guide assist the whole entourage for the processional march

• Overseas the photographers / Videographer, choir , reader, lectors, commentator to be in the proper places

• Assist the entourage and guests during the petals shower and releasing of doves and balloons after the wedding flies-ceremony during the recessional .

AT THE RECEPTION

• Check the pictorial room

• Oversee and direct the whole wedding program from start to finish regarding what types of music /songs to play during the arrival of guess, entrance of the couple , last dance –first dance.
